Return Policy

1. Refund from Return:
The refund process will start after your item is returned to the warehouse and the QC (Quality Check) is completed. Read our return policy to learn how to return a product.

2. Refund from Cancelled Order:
If the order cancellation is successfully completed, the refund process will automatically start.

3. Refund from Failed Delivery:
If the delivery fails after the product reaches the seller, the refund process will start. Please note, the refund process may take time to complete depending on the location of your shipping address.

Return Product Terms:
•⁠ ⁠The product must be unused, unworn, and free of defects.
•⁠ ⁠The product must be returned with the original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gift, invoice, and *accessories*.
•⁠ ⁠The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging or box.
•⁠ ⁠If the product is supplied in Mini Mart BD packaging/box, that packaging/box must be returned.
